Kale is potentially one of the healthiest vegetables in the world. The great thing is that it is one of the easiest veggies to grow. It is always good to learn how to save seeds for various things you grow and saving kale seeds is a bit different than many of your garden veggies. Kale is biennial, meaning it takes two years to give you seed. The great thing is that it can overwinter in most of the US and you can eat it all winter long (if you have enough).
